Exchanges and Returns

At Futurestyle.nl we ensure that your orders are delivered reliably and efficiently by our trusted delivery services. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking number with which you can follow your package to your front door. For orders above 500 EURO, delivery is free. For orders below this amount, we clearly state the specific rates on our CHECKOUT page.

¤ How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. Download the form here.

¤ Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will immediately refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel this contract. You are on time if you send back the goods before this period has expired.

¤ Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

Products that have been specially adapted or custom-made for you.
Products that are irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.
Products whose seal has been broken after delivery and which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Software, audio and video recordings whose seal has been broken after delivery.
Digital content that has not been delivered on a tangible medium, if the execution has begun with your express prior consent and you have declared that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

¤ Direct Exchange

It is not possible to exchange an item directly via the delivery service. To exchange an item, you must first return the received item according to the above procedure and order a new item via our webshop.
