Delivery or Pickup
We understand that flexibility in the delivery of your order is essential for an excellent shopping experience. You can receive your order in two ways: via home delivery via our new partner DPD, or by collecting it from one of the many DPD collection points throughout the Netherlands.
¤ Home delivery by DPD
DPD is known for its reliable and efficient delivery service. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking number with which you can follow your package to your doorstep. For orders above 150 EURO, delivery is free. For orders below this amount, we clearly state the specific rates on our CHECKOUT page.
¤ Pick up at a DPD Point
If you prefer to collect your parcel yourself, you can choose to collect it from a DPD point. This is a convenient option if you are not at home during the day or if you want to collect your order at a specific time. You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel is ready at the selected collection point.
¤ Transparent Rates
We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Rates may vary depending on the size and weight of the package, as well as the current prices charged by DPD. We adjust our rates if necessary, but shipping costs are never a profit model for us. We want you to pay for your perfume, not for the delivery.
