Warranty and Right of Withdrawal

¤ Guarantee
Futurestyle.nl sells only quality products within the tech and home categories. All our products come with a warranty. If a product shows defects, please report this to us as soon as possible. Your invoice serves as proof of warranty.
Your complaint will be processed by our customer service as soon as possible. If your complaint is justified, you can exchange the product, or we will refund your purchase amount. Futurestyle.nl does not charge extra shipping costs when exchanging a product. In the event of a refund, you will receive the full purchase amount including shipping costs back.

¤ Right of withdrawal
In the Netherlands, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies. You have the right to cancel the agreement with Futurestyle.nl within this period, without giving reasons. Products that have been opened, used or damaged, or whose shelf life has expired, are excluded from return.
To use this right, you must notify us in writing or by e-mail. After your notification, you must immediately return the product to Futurestyle.nl. Please note: do not return the product until you have received confirmation!
The costs and risk of the return shipment are at your expense. Return shipments must be sent within 14 days of the date of receipt. Unstamped shipments will not be accepted. After receipt of the return shipment and if the product is eligible for return, Futurestyle.nl will refund the purchase price, including shipping costs, to you as soon as possible. If the product is opened, used or damaged upon return, Futurestyle.nl reserves the right to apply a depreciation to the amount to be refunded.
